Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Canada Post.
Shipping to Canadian / U.S. destinations calculated online by Canada Post using Expedited Parcel Rates plus $1.50 handling fee.
Smaller orders may be shipped Oversize LetterMail if items purchased are within the weight / size restrictions set by Canada Post(for example small quantities of Cardstock & Accessory Paper). Contact us after you have created your account and placed all items you wish to purchase in your cart and we will verify your order qualifies for shipping by Oversize LetterMail and send you checkout instructions to complete your order. NOTE: No tracking or insurance coverage is available on Oversize Lettermail. PaperQuilling.ca not responsible for damage to goods in Oversize Lettermail shipments
We check all shipping options for each order during processing and refund all savings if your order can be shipped for less than postage calculated during checkout.
Shipping rates to Overseas countries (outside the Americas) are calculated online by Canada Post using International Parcel Post Rates. Lower cost shipping methods may be available to some destinations and smaller orders may be shipped Oversize LetterMail if items purchased are within the weight / size restrictions set by Canada Post. Contact us prior to checkout to receive shipping rate confirmation.
PaperQuilling.ca is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on shipments to U.S. and other international destinations. These charges are not made by PaperQuilling.ca but by the destination country.
Local Order Pickup is available only in the local Saint John, New Brunswick area. After your order has been processed, you will be contacted by email or phone to make arrangements to pick up your order.
Returns
Unopened /unused items may be returned for refund if ordered in error. Please contact us for Return Authorization code prior to shipping back to PaperQuilling.ca.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns except if a return is being made because of a shipping error made by us.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer not PaperQuilling.ca.
All Refunds will be made in Canadian Dollars.
