Note On Shipping

The shipping calculator for Canada Post is now working. Flat Rate Shipping has been added for orders less than $100 (there is $100 insurance limit on Flat Rate Boxes). If problems occur you can use the "Shipping Cost TBD" option and a separate invoice will be emailed to you after your order is packed and ready to ship. If using Letermail shipping, note there will be no refunds for lost or damaged packages as there is no insurance available on lettermail shipments

Update On Shipping Charges

With the rise in gas prices, shipping charges have also risen due to additional fuel surcharges added by Canada Post. Over the past month I have seen this result in avg of $5 upwards to $10+ added to postage charges depending on distance from east coast.
At the current time the cheapest method for shipping orders up to $100 value is using Flat Rate Boxes. Prices start at $18.99 + tax for small box and $23.99 + tax for medium box. There is also a large flat rate box but my local Post Office does not always have this size.
Orders over $100 value will continue shipping Expedited Parcel. This is because Flat Rate Boxes can only be insured for $100 against loss/damage
