Pretty Quilled Cards

Pretty Quilled Cards by Cecelia Louie-This book has more than 25 designs
which can be used on cards, tags, wine glass charms, and cupcake
toppers. The directions are incredibly detailed, there is a pattern for
each design as well as very explicit instructions for creating each
element of the design. She uses some very unusual techniques to create
her flowers. At first glance they look like "ring coils" but are very
different. Cecelia Louie's style of quilling is open and contemporary a
nice addition to any quilling library. The book is 127 pages long and
all pictures are in color.
