Expect shipping delays as Canada Post orders will be taken to Post Office 2 days/week only on Mondays & Thursdays


Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We Currently ship only to Canada and United States.  All orders will be shipped by Canada Post.
Parcel Shipping is calculated online by Canada Post and includes Insurance & Delivery confirmation Signature Option.

We can ship some small orders (1-6 pkgs of single color pkgs of 1/8" paper) by Oversize Lettermail but these shipments cannot be tracked or insured and delivery times vary between 3-18 business days within Canada and sometimes longer especially during peak holiday season.  Oversize Lettermail is a cheaper shipping option, but delivery is not guaranteed nor refunds given for undelivered packages.  We recommend using Expedited shipping which is an insurable/trackable shipping option during checkout.  If however you still decide to ship Oversize Lettermail, be aware no refunds will be given for parcels you do not receive when shipped Oversize Lettermail.

PaperQuilling.ca is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed on shipments to the United States.  These charges are not made by PaperQuilling.ca but by the destination country.

Order Pickup

Order Pickup is available only at our location in Kingston, New Brunswick. After your order has been processed, you will be contacted by email or phone to make arrangements to pick up your order.

Returns

Unopened /unused items may be returned within 30 days for store credit.  Please contact us for Return Authorization prior to shipping back to PaperQuilling.ca.

A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns except if a return is being made because of a shipping error made by us.

If your order was damaged during shipping and it was shipped by Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost you must contact us within 15 days for claim to be opened with Canada Post.  You may be required to return damaged items and provide description of any damage to packaging.  Claims with Canada Post are usually processed within 60 days.  No refunds/credits for lost/damaged items if your order was shipped Oversize Lettermail as these shipments are not insurable/trackable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer not PaperQuilling.ca
All Refunds/Credits will be made in Canadian Dollars.

Unclaimed Returns

If you are not at home when Canada Post attempts to deliver your parcel, you may be required to pick up your parcel at your local Canada Post location.  If you do not pick up your parcel within the specified holding time (usually around 10 days), Canada Post will return the parcel to us.  Once we receive the returned parcel we will refund the amount of your order minus the cost of original shipping & return shipping charges.
