Foam pads - 2.5mmx2.5mm 1.5mm Thick

Use Foam pads on 3D Decoupage images to build up a 3D image in layers. Foam pads are sticky on both sides - use tweezers to pick up pads from sheet and place on back of image.  After you have placed all the foam pads you need on back of image use tweezers to pick all the paper tops off foam pads before turning over image and attaching it. Foam Pads can be cut into smaller pieces using sharp scissors.
